After playing 4 hours straight of Bad Company 2 demo, or maybe even half a day of playing Total War. You just feel like absolute shit, your head is pounding, you're stumbling a bit, and you just want to lie down and die.

An hour a day? BLASPHEMY!!!

Bah, I'm gonna get me some food now and take a nap.

4 hours, weakling Ive pulled all nighters (8+ hours) of gaming before and had no problems.

A spicy chicken wrap and a red bull put it to rest. Gonna take a short nap now X.x

Actually I think I did, I've been playing God of War 1 & 2 for hours yesterday and I woke up this morning with a bad headache. Now I'm feeling better so I think I'll start playing them again.

Yeah I beat Bioshock 2 all in one go (I got it around 11:00 am beat it around 1:00 am) and I had the worst migraine ever when I woke up the next day. My eyes kinda hurt too.

I mostly get Akvod hangovers, by which I mean vodka.

Crusty VGchartz old timer who sporadically returns & posts. Let's debate nebulous shit and expand our perpectives. Or whatever.

I do get gaming hangovers, it's just that it's been a long time since I've played a game long enough to get one. I think SMT: Devil Survivor was the last time, I powered through that game in like 8+ hour marathon sessions.

It doesn't take much for me to get one. About 2-3 hours will give me a headache. Luckily, I have a life, and don't play for that long in one sitting.

For me, it only happens when I'm playing a brand new game. I think it happened when I got Metal Gear Solid 4. It will definitely happen when I get God of War III.

TO GOD BE THE GLORY

Some games, I can play for hours on end and have no problems. Arkham Asylum is one of those that kills me after just an hour of play, and I'm not sure why. Mirror's Edge makes me feel dizzy, and I was exhausted after playing Braid for some 7 hours at a stretch. Also some FPS, but that's only when I'm already tired.
