Your PC estimate was much better tha Foamer's lol but I doubt even 600k copies were sold for PC. More like 300k, maybe 400.

Based on what? That would mean there are 600-700,000 copies sitting on shop shelves and in warehouses.
If we're just making figures up, then how about-
PS3 and 360 sold = 2.02 million (figures from here)
PS3 and 360 copies remaining = 0.26 million (if we're considering that 130,000 copies for each platform isn't an excessive amount to be unsold)
PC copies remaining on shelves = 0.05 million (given that PC retail is fairly minimal)
Total = 2.33 million, leaving PC sales at around 670,000.

Your thinking wrong. You simply can't derive the PC sales like that. It's simply impossible for the PC version of this type of game to outsell any console version.
So either you got many copies sitting on shelves - 6-700 K in total (let's say 300K for X360, 200K for PS3 and 100K for PC).
Or the 3 million number is rounded up from 2.8 million, so in actual there's only 500K on shelves.

Foamer is being conservative in my opinion, and you are just being bias.
NO WAY that there's 500k sitting on shelves when only 120k copies of Borderlands PS360 were sold in the last 4 weeks. That is BAD business.
I think the PC version is over 800k by now, and should eventually outsell the the Xbox 360 version.

Dude, it doesn't matter how many copies were sold in the last couple of weeks because that doesn't reflect how many copies are on the shelves in any way.
You remember the 4.7 million shipment of Fallout 3 announced only one week after release in early November 2008? 4.7 million was the initial shipment! It's common practice to have absolutely huge amounts of copies on the shelves for months.
If 3 million copies of Borderlands were shipped there could still be almost 1 million copies on shelves, just like in the case of Fallout 3 at the same point in time in Feb 2009.
There's 0 chance that Borderlands on PC already ouysold the PS3 version.
