why, why would it take THAT long??
lol, I mean if that is the case they'll never do it bacuse it'll take 1 gen, and when it is ready the nect gen will come

Play it on PSP, it is less painful, though the characters and lack of VA are certainly off-putting for me

I would actually take an FF X remake over it, but I can undertsand how they can't just do what they did with GoW, as they had already done all the art in HD, so it was much easier to get everything up to HD and FF VII is obviously a much bigger game (though I am nearly finished in 23 hours)

Though yeah, he likely was exagerrating.  It probably would take as long as 13 at least though which is what i've constantly been saying and people have constantly trying to argue.

Maybe they should let another developer do it, similar to how Nintendo had Sega do Mario and Sonic at the olympics and Team Ninja is doing Metroid. Even a lot of new and small studios would gladly take some guaranteed money for their work to get them off the ground .

stupidity, considering the fact FF XIII is around 60 HOURS according to them and FF VII is a little over 30 hours..

they just aren't interested..

Ok, so 3 Dual Layers blu-rays confirmed! They are saying that, because it will be impossible to play FFVII Remake on another console besides PS3. Sony have to fund them!
