Half of my predictions are commin true...it gets gettin the critical fame so far, hopefully it gets the numbers.

It'll be hard to get the numbers with the month and release dates SEGA pinned it with.

Competing with Final Fantasy XIII and God of War III? They're screwed!

yea srry to dissapoint you Xxain. im sure this game will be great and all, But Sega picked a really terrible time for its release date. It dosen't matter how good it is or what the review scores are, its still going to get overlooked by FFXIII and GOW3. This is why i wanted a April or May release beacuse this looks like a really interesting game and would have sold a lot better in those empty months. But unfortunatley Sega didnt use there heads on this one and they better not complain when this sells poorly they only have themselves to blame

They gave it an Great/10 (higher then FFXIII's rating on the site). They say that the characters, gameplay, visuals and soundtrack are awesome but the storyline is dull (but almost non-existent).

But that's the most important part to me

Agreed, everything seemed so great until I saw that.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

It's a tri-Ace game, did it ever matter?

They said the characters are awesome though. Also, why would you want a storyline anyways? The game is made by Tri-Ace, remember?

Bad story is a still a bad story but an almost non-existant story is a whole different matter.

I'm still going to be playing this game either way but Tri-Ace or not it isn't a great excuse for a JRPG in my opinion.

By the way, Valkyrie Profiles' story wasn't that bad.

I never said that it's bad. I just said that with tri-Ace, the gameplay kills everything else. I've played 3 games by the company, and the story never was what kept me coming back for more. Have an almost non-existent story, it's fine as long as the characters are pleasing... and according to RPGLand, they are. Heck, SO3's story was terrible (they just raped the potential they had, raped it), but I enjoyed the heck out of it. It was very fun to play.

I hear you and I agree, I was just expecting this game to have a good story. I thought this was going to be their Final Fantasy.

Egh, that's their prob. tri-Ace was never known for good stories, they could've hired a freelance writer or something like that.
