Wait, is that a PS3... game? It can play more than just BluRay movies!? Whoa.
On a more serious note, this is a matter for concern. 360/PS3 games need to sell far more copies due to a higher production budget (all those great graphics...) so this could be a major loss all around if true. This is doubly worrisome considering Ratchet and Clank is one of the best games currently in the PS3's lineup.
It hasn't done particularly well in Japan.
When was it released in the US again? If the sales do cover more than a few days, it is a terrible, terrible result.

I have a simple theory that PS3 software sales are going to seriously under perform this generation.
PS2 install base >> PS3 install base (PS2 version of game > PS3 version of game)

Official Release was October 30th, if I'm not mistaken. So, a good 3-4 days of sales.
And it's debut in Japan was bad, too.

It was released technically on the 23rd.
But as I mentioned on the charts, the game was originally scheduled for the 30th, and thus did not receive advertisement until the week of the 30th.
So while definitely a disappointing figure, I expect the sales to be far more positive after the holiday season is over with - hopefully anyways, as it's a great game.

Looks like another big game failing to turn a profit on the PS3. Funny how people keep saying games on the Wii sell badly, while the PS3's third best selling game is still at 600k.
Btw what is this that I see on the game's Wikipedia talk page? =P
