It was actually pretty good. I would defintely put this above any other Level-5 game I've played. (DQVIII, Rogue Galaxy, Dark Cloud 1/2)

If your craving for a good JRPG with an intersting Story you should pick this one up.

Pros:
Intersting Story
Good Characters
Good Battle System
Beautiful Scenery

Cons:
Lip Synching is horrendus
Plot can be predictable at times
The Writing can be cringe worthy at times
The Fucking Ending Makes you pray WKC2 makes it over here.

I'd give Persona 4 a 10 and FFX a 9.5 so this getting a little over an 8 is pretty good.

yeah, i didn't know why everyone said the story is too basic, its been that way with all Level - 5 games. and its best to keep it that way.

Honestly I played WKC for a bit... really disliked it, not like Cross Edge dislike but I wasn't feeling it at all.

This is purely about the single player experience?
What do you think about the online part? Is it better than the sp?

I wouldn't call Professor Layton basic story wise.

well thats a mystery game , of course there would be not so basic storyline, but i was talking about the RPGs.

It takes some time to get into it. If you can get past the 10 hour mark you'll really start enjoying yourself

Commendable.

It was okay. Stringing combos looked cool and I spend hours on the Georama stuff. Story-wise: it was kind of dull, but kept me going to the end. The only character I really liked was Yulie. Other than that I thought the cast was kind of boring. I personally hate Leonard and his Cisna obsession. Am I gonna get WKC2? Maybe.
