Back when I worked at Gamestop we had around 4 midnight launches. And that was in a 4 month time period. So yeah we had a lot of them. We needed atleast 40 pre-orders, atleast we wanted around 40, to hold the midnight launch. Dunno your region but I suppose its all about location. This gamestop saw loads of traffic from a big city. So it was a great location.

my local wal-mart is my "local game store" and of course they're having a midnight launch because they stay open 24/7. i can stroll right in and out without being harassed. those morons at gamestop aren't seeing a dime of my money ever.

I haven't asked and to be honest with you I'm not gonna bother cause they will probably laugh at me. The only midnight launches we've had in my city this entire generation have been for GTAIV and MW2.

Even MGS4 didn't get one :(

They don't put the new releases out till about 3 am....slackers.

they might not put them out until 3 but all you need to do is ask the person at the counter and they will go in the back or under the counter and get it for you at 12:01
