Now i know we get these cheating shitheads in races, but i started doing time trials which  i dont normally bother with and this cheating world champion why has his times not been wiped off and banned from going online noones ever going to beat them surley Nintendo can see theyve cheated if there not going to wipe them off then theres no point in having leaderboards and standings it really pisses me off

yeah! I remember checking this time trail mario kart event and this player had finished it in 1.47 sec! impossible by any means!

This is definitely one area where Nintendo needs to improve its on-line experience.
I am not sure it has the facility to be able to do what is needed.
