Final Fantasy XIII will be released on March 9th and even though I'm going to buy the game, my money is really on Versus XIII.

Judging by all the trailers I've seen of Final Fantasy Versus XIII, I feel that the game will be slightly better than FFXIII and due to the fact that its been delayed which gives developers more time to work on the game.

I haven't heard much information about this game in a awhile probably because Square-enix is too busy promoting Final Fantasy XIII with all these tv ads and gameplay videos shown in the past couple of weeks.

Does anybody know when the game is going to be release?

My guess is early 2011.

I figure that Square-Enix will spend all of 2010 promoting Final Fantasy XIII.

Same week as FF13 was released.

Q4 2010 for Japan.

Q3 2011 for NA.

Q4 2011 for UK/EU.

Mid 2011. I would say early 2011, but I doubt if this game is showed at E3, it will be that far in development.

I would just like to know how a game can all of a sudden be better when all we have seen is trailers with absolutely 0 game play in them.

Now I can't wait to play versus also but to say that it WILL be better based off of NOTHING is a stretch.

I tried to find some info on this game and I heard this game has been in development since 2003. I'm pretty sure in 2003 they were just in talking stages. Anyway, if its released in 2012 then that would mean almost 7 years of development or so.

it is better because it is still a playstation exclusive.  I thought that was obvious :)
