I know this is old but it says pretty much that there is going to be another gears...so yeah unless its on the zune, this is gears 3!

Ha! Thanks for pointing this out. It also pretty much kills any idea that GeoW might come to PS3, M$ is in control of it and please say it comes this year!

It would be cool if it did come this year, and I wouldn't be surprised if an announcement was made at E3, but I suspect that will all of the high profile games released this year, including all of the ones pushed back from last year, MS will probably wait until 2011 for GOW3.

Was that recently posted? Because the first sentence is rather weird.

"Gears of War 2 launched this holiday"

But it definitely seems to put the kibash on it going to anything other than a MS system.

Seems like all the signs are pointing in that direction, tough to really think of any Epic game that could involve "face-melting news" that's been given as many hints then Gears 3.


And they always want to promote their engine...what better way is there to advertize it with a blockbuster gears game, plus, they want to show off all the new unreal features at GDC...

Please enough with these Gears of War 3 topics. It's coming.. We've known since Epic stated that Gears of War was a planned trilogy back in what 2007-8?

I'm looking forward to the campaign, I couldn't care less about the lagfest of a multiplayer. Hopefully they get it right this time, third time lucky!

It's funny because UT3 online performed flawlessly.
