Do you get anything for gathering all the star coins in World-9?

Above all of that....
I read you can get those 5 stars on your profile to "Shimmer" as well...

I believe in order to do that, you cannot once ever see the GREEN super guide block appear during your game. So if you've seen it once during your game, you'd literally have to start from scratch on a new save file.

Seems like a lot of work for such a small prize though.

^^ugh, i remeber getting to level 7 then finding out that my stars wouldn't shimmer due to the green super guide block appearing... i immediately restarted my save.

btw, i just finished the game 100% TODAY :D

you can't see the super guide block, or you can't use the super guide block? sounds like symantics but there is a word of differance.......

if you SEE the green superguide block, then your savefile star badges won't shimmer when you beat bowser... doesn't matter if you use it or not

you can just restart the game if it comes up for you, or just keep on going if you don't care about shiny stars on your savefile

If you see it, you might as well start over if you are trying to get all achievements covered.

I was halfway through world 7.

Then my 6yr old messed up and deleted all of the save files on the game. >:(

Now I'm too irritated to play again. On world 2. bah.

You get the satisfaction of knowing that you have completed the game 100%. The second star coins on World 9-7 is the hardest until you figure out the trick.

I really think it was useless, I would have liked an ultimate level, or AT LEAST a different title screen

....What do you think World 9 was, exactly?
