Gamefaqs. It has a board for pretty much everything. And unlike Vgchartz, they actually talk about games most of the time. If you wanted, you could go to Gamefaqs and find hundreds of different topics about Modern Warfare 2; favorite perks, killstreaks, setups, etc. I still haven't seen one on this site (unless it was discussing its sales or how much it sucks). That's the main problem I have with the community here.

Talking primarily about sales numbers gets boring quickly and really just makes everyone into a fanboy. More discussing games please.
Gamefaqs (except for MMOs, I think I've rarely seen advice as bad as witnessed on some of their MMO boards).
I also like the user reviews, if I'm looking for opinions on some game that's been out for a while, that's what I check.
Don't feel like voting for Gamespot though, even if they own them now.

Halle-fucking-lujah, I thought I was the only one who believed this. this is the only reason I still go back to gamefaqs because amidst the fanboy wars, you do get people who talk about games without it degenerating to a my console is better than yours.

My favorite is easily Kotaku. But recently I have been going to Destructoid a lot. I probably go to this site, Kotaku and Dtoid a few times a day and maybe IGN once. I check GT every MWF for Screw-Attack videos though.
