This trailer is meant to get people hyped. I'm sure we'll see some new gameplay videos in the coming weeks.

so I saw the trailer for like the 5th time and man, its hard to believe that Sony has been able to push graphics so fast. It made Uncharted 2's reign on top very short lived (on consoles), well that is if all of that was gameplay.

Spike...of course it has to be Spike. Dont get me wrong I love Spike TV, to bad my piece of shit cable company REFUSES to support Spike HD.

I agree with leoj that the Heavy Rain demo is pretty good. I can honestly say I'm surprised with how it feels and plays.

exactly!

hades/the part falling down with the titan hands/gaia are better than some cgi in some games

 

honestly hades looked cgi i viewed 8 time in HD

i doubt it, at this rate, I'm sure Killzone 3 will take the top spot (especially if it comes out next yr instead of the rumored Q4 2010)

omgah, im on 6th view, but i totally forgot about uncharted 2, yea sry naughty dog u did pretty good, but if thats all real, then a new bench mark has been set, and i dont even count heavy rain in the debate, it seems like every 6 months theres a new sony game that one ups the last one as the bench mark for console graphics, whats next gt5 then after that last gaurdian, its unreal, this generation is just getting started, i mean wow, that gameplay just rivaled mass effect 2 CG, man, i havnt felt this hyped for a games release since metal gear solid 4 or halo 3, i mean i knew uncharted would be good, but i was not hyped like this....this is another level...

Did you read what the post says? They will retain the benchmark for a while, it doesn't say forever. Killzone 3 won't be coming out for a while.

yea but i dont consider a year or so "a while", it will prolly last as long as KZ2 did on top and thats was a little bit imo .
