ive got both games.

mw2 is good but a diff type of online game to mag, mw2 is pure arcade quick kill quick game action. mag games are much longer and can get pretty hectic.

im glad i have both

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

PSN: Skeeuk - XBL: SkeeUK - PC: Skeeuk

i love both games as well, but i have to say i prefer the mag experience. that's all i was trying to get across. i'm curious what other gamers found in playing both.

i do think mag is a little too glitchy. but it's still early.

art is the excrement of culture

The only thing that you can compare is the multiplayer experience. I bought MAG, but like some of you, was skeptical. I love the game and think they are only going to make mods that make the game better. Multiplayer MAG is better than multiplayer MW2.

@skeeuk WIN

@uber DOUBLE WIN

like ive said 100s of times before

MW2 is for people who dont have any friends, or dont want to be in a clan and would rather just be their own rambo

MAG is for people who can actually communicate, socialize and work together as a TEAM in order to be successful.

@Bolded - Are you serious? Wow! That's really uncalled for.

I play Halo 3 with my friends, and I think that you would probably classify Halo along with MW2 as far as experiences go, different gameplay of course but similar online experiences.

Multiplayer wise, since it's pointless to compare anything else.

MAG - huge, engrossing, tactical, team-based, addictive, smart + well designed
MW2 - small, arcade, rambo-wannabe, dumb + not so well designed

Bit biased? Yes. But the fact is that I can't look back at MW2 multiplayer after playing MAG as a platoon leader, from a great clan on a great faction. MAG has depth MW2 lacks.

MY HYPE LIST: 1) Gran Turismo 5; 2) Civilization V; 3) Starcraft II; 4) The Last Guardian; 5) Metal Gear Solid: Rising

@MW2 comment - FALSE! Because quess what? I have friends and I play MW2 and there are a shit load of clans playing the game.

@MAG comment - That is if people actually communicate, which from understanding barely happens.

Don't forget that MAG gets more content every patch and expansion, will that same happen to mw2?

I don't play either of those games. But I'll say call of duty modern warfare 2. Simply because its an AAA game and mag is not.

Well even though I've been going through MAG.com forums I've never seen any info about that yet. Is there something I've missed? I'd be happy if they just focused on polishing some of the minor bugs and nerfing lsmg accuracy for now.
