Play it while not being signed into PSN and it cuts the frezes down. My disk is cracked and i have a piece of tape making it work (10% of time) so i need all the anti-freeze tricks possible.

You weren't a Vault Dweller in Fallout 2 either. You were an ancestor of the original Vault Dweller. This protagonist could be related to The Chosen One from Fallout 2 for all we know.
