I've played both and though Killzone 2 has better graphics Halo 3 has the awesome multiplayer online. So, for me it is Halo 3 all the way.

Killzone 2 = Wolf 3D = A statement I made? I think not. I was responding to someone who thought I was talking about a date instead of a metacritic rating.

Theres nothing wrong with Resistance Fall of Man, I simply said they were about one and the same in terms of gameplay once you took out the inflation of Killzone 2's scores due to higher graphics. Both are to me 85-89% games.

hmm i liked halo 2 on pc.

kz2 its more my taste, class and strategic.

Considering the number of debates on graphics vs gameplay I think it wouldn't change anything. However it would change the review scores which pick out graphics as a proportion of the overall score.

Halo 3 has 10M sales, 100+ hours average play time, so yes. Do the averages, more people have played and played for longer than any other shooter this generation. You can make people buy a game with hype sometimes, but you can't make them keep playing it if it wasn't any good.

Maybe, just maybe, the poll is close because Killzone 2 is actually rather a good game. If you just look at gamerankings, it is 90% vs 93%

Or maybe, it is because PS3 fans have only played Killzone 2 mostly and 360 fans have only played Halo...

No, I am not talking about the quality of both games, I am saying that every poll "x360 x PS3" the PS3 will be the winner even if it's something like "which one has the best WRPG? PS3 or x360?", everyone will vote for the PS3 even if the x360 has Mass Effect 1 & 2.


I think this poll proves that theory wrong. Everyone likes to whine about how the Ps3 fanbase greatly out numbers the 360 fanbase yet the numbers are practically 50/50... and me having 4 votes a day

Any FPS based on public matches is a run and gun/screw the objective game. On a competitive level, you will know that Halo 3 is much more than just a run and gun game.
