As Trestres points out PS3 is all but guaranteed to claim the largest number of weekly wins for the year unless Nintendo pulls some sort of rabbit out of their hat on GT5 week. As far as winning total HW for the year it's still to early to call but I'd say things are looking pretty good for PS3.

New PS3 bundle added, which includes a Black 160 GB PS3, Move motion controller, PS Eye and a copy of Sports Champion.
There's also a separate game bundle that includes Sports Champion, PS Eye and Move.

They are both releasing on Dec 16, which means there are still 4 new PS3 bundles remaining for the year, which are the Torne bundle this upcoming week, the GT5 blue PS3 bundle coming in 2 weeks, the PS3 Castlevania and MGS4 bundle coming on Dec 16 and on the same date the Sports Champion Move bundle.

Now the chances that PS3 win at least one more week, getting yearly overall victory, are obviously a lot higher than Wii winning all the reamaining weeks, so ending the year with a tie...

Luckily for Wii, it's showing it's still very strong WW, keeping the others' pace even before releasing its biggest Xmas games.

At last some light blue, Wii wins its first week after 15 consecutive weeks of PS3 dominance. It has cut the winning streak and has outsold the PS3 by a wide margin, 20k to be specific.

Now Wii can still manage to tie the year, it has to win every remaining week to do so. Not an easy task as GT5 is yet to be released and there's a new colored PS3 coming out with it in 2 weeks. It will all depend on how big of an impact the Red color has on the Wii HW up to the end of the year. Next week PS3 has another bundle.

Speaking of Black Ops in Japan, why doesn't SE ever release Activision's Wii/DS games in the region?  I wonder if they're going to skip Goldeneye entirely?

Looking at the preview it  is now one of not so small releases with 120-150k first week.

Anyway i have a feeling PS3 and Wii will be at statistical tie this week.
