WTF? You don't have to be next to an enemy to slash them with your sword? That is strange...

like I said in the OP, you are playing a god.

Oh right, cool.

Do the humans that follow along with you do anything useful then? They're forced to get in close?

A game I'm developing with some friends:

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.

The game didn't get the best review score from Famitsu... but neither did Earth Defense Force... however I'm still getting this and Monster Hunter Tri.

Can you slash your fellow human friend? >:)

Above: still the best game of the year.

In one video they seem to fire off a few arrows. They don't seem to be equipped with high-explosive warheads like your own arrows are, though.

My guess is that one of your primary objectives is to protect the brave little mortals from becoming shoe lubricant.

Aren't they valkyries? You know, like some Nordic angels. They are protecting some prince in the game, which is a task of valkyries.

I saw on another video someone playing with motion+, and i had the impression that even with the motion+ the player still had to be pointing the Wiimote to the screen all the time.

Can someone confirm that?

After seeing that, this game can't possibly be dissapointing..............at least I think.

The world scope reminds me of that in Mount and Blade. You are placed in a big "field" with tons of enemies. Zangeki no Reginleiv is at a much smaller scale though, and the similarities stop there.

Only watched the first one. It looks nice but seems like the character movement could be really bad. Also, hope these are the first levels on easy :P
