With Mandarin or Cantonese voices? They are probably more suited for a game like FFXIII than the horrible english voices, but the important thing is if it will have english subs.
I know most of the games released in Hong Kong have english subs
Duludubi Star vibes are scary.... but nevertheless that's a nice addition to it. More people to play the game.

It's very good for me although i had the Japanese version, i will order one Chinese version. It's the first time for Final Fantasy series.

the japanese versions are always the best, a good sub would be nice actually.
2 problems fixed, they wouldn't waste time for a horrible dub, so it would get here faster.
and it would have better voice actors all around xO.
do chinese like FF,they would do the best to pirate it
