I saw someone recommending Condemned: Criminal Origins and yes, it's an incredible game. This is the best survival horror this ganeration (in my opinion).

Two things (that may contradict):
1. Don't buy too many games at once. It'll detract from any of them getting the attention they deserve. Trust me.
2. Buy Gears of War 2, anyway. The series didn't appeal to me, but when I bought it, I was a believer. It may make you fall in love with it.

Well, instead of a X360 you could buy a $500 PC that will beat X360 in terms of graphics, gameplay and has far more exclusives.

PC may not have Fable 2, but it has:

- The Witcher (RPGOTY 2007)
- King's Bounty: The Legend
- King's Bounty: Armored Princess
- Mount & Blade (best combat system I've played in the last few years)
- Neverwinter Nights 2
- Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer (easily the best narrative and writing this gen)
- Neverwinter Nights 2: Storm of Zehir
- Torchlight
- Space Rangers 2
- Titan Quest and it's expansion

I'm not even listing MMOs, and I'm sure I've missed a few. And there's going to come out some awesome PC RPGs soon, like:

- Diablo 3
- The Witcher 2
- Guild Wars 2
- Drakensang: The River of Time
- Star Wars: The Old Republic

among others.

I think PC gaming is cheaper now than HD Consoles. Atleast against X360 (ou have to pay $50 if you want to play online there). Also, The PC versions of ME1 and ME2 are definitely better on the PC.

Wow at the two PC fans completely derailing this thread. He asked for game suggestions not you two telling him how leet pc gaming is and how were all noobs. Take your elitism into another thread.

OT: There are a ton of bargains for older 360 games so look around but I'll just post the ones I've had the most fun with. I'll also label the price and if its on xbl if I know

-Halo:CE $15 Games on Demand (4 player split-screen but no xbl integration)
-Fable $15 Games on Demand
-Castle Crashers $15 XBLA
-Splosion Man $10 XBLA (4 player co-op)
-Shadow Complex $15 XBLA
-Braid $15 XBLA
-Halo 3 (It has 4 player split-screen which you mentioned you want)
-GoW (I know you said your not interested but the first one can be found cheap and I would give it a shot)
-Mass Effect 1&2
-Lost Odyssey
-Tales of Vesperia
-L4D2 or 1
-Halo Wars
-Dead Rising
-Ninja Gaiden 2
-Crackdown
-Forza 3 (I know you said your waiting on GT5 but I highly highly recommend this game to you if your at all a fan if sim racing, its a totally amazing experience)

thanks to shio again. He said he will buy a Xbox 360 and asked for some games the community could recommend. But there comes shio and starts talking about his PC and all the games blabla. Nobody asked for this in the first place. Just accept the choice the guy made or shut the fuck up.
