Is there any hope for this one?

I've went trough the japanese version of the game with ZERO japanese knowledge, till I reached a point were I couldn't go further due to being a foreign language.

I'm sad because this is technically one of the best DS games and it is a turn based RPG\strategy and no one seems to care about it.

So... is it coming to the West, then?

It was rated by the ESRB and Nintendo said they were publishing it in the west.

No... but you can hope for a fan translation just like Soma Bringer, Tales of Heart and Tales of Innocence

There is a fan translation for ASH and it's already 95% translated.
