ME2 in my opinion, is better because the style of game is more epic with it's crazy decision making and the story to it. U2 is great too, but if U2 was only single player and they focused more on the story, I would like it better.

Look at the metacritic of FFXIII, and tell me then. I'm not saying it'll be a bad game, but are you expecting a JRPG to beat a WRPG critically, which by the way is the highest rated RPG on metacritic (96)? Would be hard, but if FFXIII snags some GOTY/RPG GOTY awards over Mass Effect 2, I'll be very impressed.
