Gamefaqs has a user named Tales_Otaku, which as you can expect is a frequent member of ToV board.

Now we have a new user (3 post counts) registering on vgchartz as Tales_Otaku claiming Troy's statement. Strike24, as the real gamefaqs Tales_Otaku's brother, contacted the real Tales_Otaku.
