hmm I may not be an expert on how FPS games should work or anything...but that video seems to show lag...is that good or bad?

He talks (types) about the input TV lag @ 1min 50seconds (1:50) into the video.

I have my HD set to GAME Mode and I see the "lag" feel to the weapons.

My TV has "game mode" but I don't use it because it's not useful. I see no lag. I'll watch the freaking video to see what you are talking about.

Edit: omg, 5 frame delay! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. The internet also has a delay. Whatever will we do as gamers?! As for the stick not moving the sights when you flick it, it's designed that way. I got used to it and it's better. What I don't like it people complaining about this crap causing them to change the sensitivty in the full game from the beta and demo. The range is a lot greater so you can't fine tune the sensitivty as much. I don't need max sensitvity in this game.

since i have the game, after playing single player, first with having that heavy feeling, or lag to people like to call, than jumping to mulitplayer, with more responsive, controls. It felt really weird, i don't know, just because you can't just spray bunch of bullets, and hope to kill someone, it doesn't mean it's bad.
At least to me, i don't care to much for anyone else, the complainers gonna be an easy target for me if they can't handle it.

Did actually.
I read the playstation forums complaint first, about the one where the menus and everything is also lagging and not just the gameplay, before I finished watching the video.
The video does put out some interesting observations, but it seems I've adapted to it.

Do you really feel the lag when you pull the trigger on the gun?

I honestly don't care. Some people are idiots and say there is like a 1-2 second lag when you press the button!!!11!! which is just ridiculous. The lag is minute and I don't even notice it when I'm playing. I say give it a week. I don't think guerrilla will fix it, I just think the complainers will move on. They will either stop playing, or get used to it and I don't really care which it is.

You should try putting a wii on your TV just to test it and see how sluggish the wii mote feels on the screen.
That's what drove me to use my gamemode.
