So, apparently some NeoGAFers have the new Famitsu, and Suikoden Tierkris is now listed. The game will be released for the DS.
No scans because GAF hates the scans, but multiple people are saying they have the magazine in hand and can confirm it's real.

It's spelled Suikoden Tierkreis.
"Trierkreis" meaning "Zodiac" in German.

From what I can gather, the hero uses a bo-staff. The game looks like a standard numbered Suikoden( With world maps, 108 stars of destiny and weird talking animals) with above average visuals from the DS. Soo excited. ^_^
Though a downside of the game is a 4 character party instead of the usual 6.
