Forums - General - I just had the greatest breakfast of all time

So I’m on my way to Ireland all the way from Texas today, and I needed to be out the door by 5:45am. Needing my morning breakfast, however, I decided to get my stuff sorted out in advanced:

- Two mini wraps filled with spinach, tomato slices, white onion slices, and an egg/egg omelet (with no added ingredients). Tortillas were those 60Cal keto tortillas.
- A protein shake comprised of almond milk, Dynmatize Iso 100 Chocolate Protein Powder, a handful of blackberries, a handful of raspberries, a banana, 1/3rd cup of oats, and a sprinkle of sea salt.
- A bag of kale and grape tomatoes.
- A bag consisting of 2 mini red potatoes, 7 mini sweet peppers, 4 portable whole mushrooms.

To put it lightly: This was a masterclass in on-the-go breakfast! The wraps cold and folded in tinfoil were… ooh! Man those were unbelievable. Also yea I don’t eat processed sugary food because it makes me anxious and gives me a major chemical imbalance. Highly recommend this to anybody with mental issues, legitimately solved like 80% of mine.

Anyhow, maybe to make this into a thread and not just me sharing an incredible morning experience I just had lol, what are some good breakfasts you’ve had?

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.

I consider every day I wake up with another chance to do good works (and learn from the bad ones) a blessing. The actual food I eat is always rather bland lol

The way I go about my meals: I eat at 12am and 7am, and fast at all other times… but I savor every meal. Like that meal I listed in OP? Without the protein shake, it took me an entire hour-and-a-half to eat. And I was just sitting there, looking out the window as the bus drove me to the Houston airport. Good for metabolizing every bit of nutrients I can get.

It sounds like it also helps you enjoy and appreciate life in general, so I would keep at it. You might have stumbled onto something!
