There’s no way Platinum got royalties from this game. They’re way too good to be putting out crap like that. Bayonetta 3 will definitely change their fortunes. Hopefully they’ve learned their lesson on live services.

I think SE demanded the game become GaaS and PG had to redo the game late in development. I put all the blame on SE. They've been piss poor managing a lot of projecsts last few years.
