Yeah Animal Crossing proves there is still a big market for Viva Pinata and it's a great all ages game to get out there, I'm not sure who would actually make it but maybe Frontier could be involved either as the main studio or for outsourcing.

AC is huge because it is on portable system. Nintendo moved AC to portables because home consoles weren't that huge market for such games. MS would need to launch xCloud first before thinking about such game. Even better would be to just build it natively for mobiles with Xbox Live support.
