Halo Reach, known to be one of the greatest games of all time is getting its much deserved Remaster and the game looks fantastic, in many ways it looks better then most current gen games and it is still using the same assets as the 360 game with minor improvements aside from the 4k and 60 frames buffer. It really brings this game out and one of the games I am looking forward in playing again.

Game releases on Windows/Steam and XB1 consoles.

Enjoy the analysis.

Sometimes I have a hard time finding time to play games. Sometimes certain games make me sacrifice other things just to play them. I already know this is going to be one of the latter. Can't wait to play Reach again!

Hopefully running in 4K on my One X, I'll see bigger differences than what I've seen in this video. Even if I don't, the frame rate and the campaign alone will be worth it!

Will be playing it for the first time, (I played some multiplayer reach round my cousins house back in the day but never played much campaign.)

Have to finish the rest of MCC though, I just started the first Halo.

"Halo Reach, known to be one of the greatest games of all time" - Ranked #325 on Metacritic! xD

I know many people love the first one but, to me, 1&2 are the least fun (With Halo 5 only beating them out because of the multiplayer campaign.

The only ones I played much of were 1&2. Out of those I thought 1 was much better, I wasn't a fan of dual wielding. I think I'll probably like 3 & reach more than 1/2 but will find out soon.

Why does this topic come off as a Billy Mays infomercial?
"Hey everyone, welcome. Let me tell you how awesome this thing clearly no one cares about is with a huge fake smile on my face."

Halo 1 will be sitting up there with the best of them when it comes to metacritic and many claim Reach to be a better game. Meta has nothing to do with what makes the best game.

I'm a little hungover but swear the steam page is confusing.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/976730/Halo_The_Master_Chief_Collection/

Pre-Purchase Halo: The Master Chief Collection

Includes 7 items: Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Halo: Reach, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2: Anniversary, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, Halo 4

That is bundle for 40 then guess they might release games separate for 9.99 each if only interested in certain games. Then this is description...

For the first time, the series that changed console gaming forever comes to PC with six blockbuster games in one epic experience. This bundle includes all titles in the collection that will be delivered over time, beginning now with Halo: Reach and ending with Halo 4 in 2020.

How come bundle says 7 games and description says 6.

Oh they included MCC as one of items.  They could have worded it better on bundle like Halo MCC: includes 6 items

Anyways I'll keep my eye on this collection since it is releasing on Steam.

There is Halo Reach, Halo: CEA, Halo 2 A, Halo 3, Halo 3 ODST, and Halo 4, which is six games. Bundle saying 7 games must be wrong, unless they intend to add Halo 5 to Halo MCC.

Maybe they count original Halo 2 and updated Halo 2--or maybe they just fucked up.
