As many could have predicted, Smash Bros managed to regain the top spot after much focus at E3. Octopath Traveler still did well and kept up with the number 2 spot. Spider-Man inches up to 3. and Pokemon Let's Go debuts all the way up to number 4. Resident Evil 2 Remake (which was almost thought to be vaporware) makes a reentry all the way up into the top 5. Forza Horizon 4 also makes an impressive debut at number 11. After years of waiting, we finally got footage for Cyberpunk 2077, which causes the PC version to jump into the top 20! Nintendo also have a couple more new titles in the top 25 with Super Mario Party and Daemon X Machina. That compensates for some no shows at e3 that tumbled down a bit in the chart (Bayonetta, Pokemon '19, and Metroid Prime 4 specifically). This month, we have to say goodbye to a few titles as Octopath Traveler (#2), Mega Man X Legacy Collection (#29), Shining Resonance Refrain (#57) and Captain Toad Treasure Tracker (#60) all release this month.

As far as the top platforms go, every other system rose in points (with Playstation jumping ahead of Nintendo) but Nintendo actually managed to drop in overall points. The only reason I find this to be a bit concerning is because Octopath Traveler is coming out this month and 2 other somewhat popular titles (Mega Man X and Captain Toad) are all releasing this month. 

As far as the combined chart goes, multiplatform titles seem to be doing some damage. Kingdom Hearts rockets into the top 4. Shadow of the Tomb Raider jumps into the top 10. Valkyria Chronicles and Red Dead Redemption 2 also jump up a bit due to multiplatform releases. As far as points go, not many changes in status going on but over the next month, I plan to recount some titles that I think might be a little off with points. It is just a project that will take longer than a day to complete. As far as what totals I currently have, in the next month, Super Smash Bros and Final Fantasy VII are set to hit silver status and Pokemon 19 will get there within the next 2 months.

Me too! I am so excited! I restarted the demo because I didn't want to stop playing. 

I'm keeping my game where it is progress-wise, because they said you could transfer your progress from the demo to the full game. :D

Thanks for this. Nice to see a decent amount of love for KH3 and DQ11 here, users in this site usually prefer 1st party games. FFVII remake jumped up a lot of positions because reasons :p

I started with Primrose's story first, and I'm glad I did. Especially when I got to kill that piece of shit Helgemish.
