What should Sucker Punch's next game be?
Should it be a:
-brand new superhero game IP?
-existing superhero IP from Marvel or DC?
-Another inFamous?
-3D platformer?
SP has made 3 Sly and 3 inFamous games + 2 big expansions for the latter now, it's been 3 years since their last game, I think it's time for a new IP. It's not gonna be like their previous games, maybe they too came up with something big like Guerilla Games' Horizon.
I was thinking that since Marvel is back into big budget games with the Square Enix partnership and them also being close to Sony, what if SP was working on a lighthearted scifi action RPG. ie. Guardians of the Galaxy? Even without the GOTG name attached to it the concept sounds great, a not so serious Mass Effect? Duuude! Or just a 3rd person scifi action game taking place in space and different planets like Ratchet but less cartoony. A scifi themed game is like the only thing missing from Sony's library. Since Naughty Dog isn't making Savage Starlight, I hope Sucker Punch is doing something with that vibe.
