So, I made a while ago a thread of how amazing Driveclub was. And I stand for that opinion, it is a great game.

However, I played Project Cars the whole night last night (PS4) and I am very impressed.

I somehow think Driveclub looks better and has much better menus (the pink text font is unreadable in ProjectCars), but the game is really fun.

I LOVE when a racing game let me go from zero to hero, starting really humble and small and progressing, from crappy cars to good, from peewee racing leagues to the big guys.

Project Cars actuall has a ZERO TO HERO mode that starts at Karts and slowly progress, with you recieving e-mails with proposals to change teams and leagues.

The graphics are good, decent enough, but, man, the star is the sound.

Sound effects are a lot of fun, really loud and intense and I LOVE THE RADIO thing, that makes your team talk to you through the dualshocker controler.

Always scare the shit outta me when I am happyly racing and my team director screams through the controler "GOOD JOB, YOU´RE IN FIRST!".

And then I go off the road and say "well, not anymore..."

But it is fun, feels like a real race.

Great fun, great game!

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

I find project cars a bit so so. Actually, I don't like the carreer mode, if it can be called like that. I don't really like the fact you can't save between races, and a 'day' is composed of 4 to 5 races each of 20mn. I think it's rather boring. Also, I don't know what car I'm driving and why I suddenly go from supercar, to super fast and super drifty Fwhatever... Graphism are awesome, you really feel like it's raining. I play with a projector and it's soo impressive when it rains (even if DPS drops...)

Oh, these "invite events" also drive me crazy, they totally ruin the mood putting me in a car I do not want to drive.

But I thought this was the only carrer mode. Isn't it ?

With Forza in existence, the sony-only crowd are being seriously underserved in the racing category this gen.

Only in career mode, yes. When you win a race someone invites you for a event.

Great fun, great game!

The speaker and light on the DS4 are hugely underused.

I love when devs make that effort and add bits for the speaker like in SoM, Knack, Infamous, Deadnation etc.

GTAV had brilliant use of the light on the DS4, where it flashed blue and red when the popo came after you.

Glad to here PC is making good use of the DS4 speaker.

I totally love when something comes out through the Dualshock4 speaker, and, yes, it is totally underused.

I have the Forza 5 - Day one edition. Bought the same day I bought my Xbox one. It is decent, but... I don´t know, it is like something is missing, can´t explain... It feels somehow faux at times... Like it is... "forced". Terrible pun, but I feel like this sometimes about Forza.
