I think that was PR bullshit, to be honest. I think we're expecting now zero WiiU/3DS new games. If I'm proving wrong, then we'll see. Also, maybe Paper Mario and Pokémon are not polished enough. I expect them to release on December, so that could be it. Pokémon is big enough to have its own event though. Not sure about Paper Mario. Maybe they're planning to show it in the Treehouse. If the Treehouse is 3 days of Zelda, I think they could pretty much beat the game XD. I don't know, there are plenty of reasons which will make sense, or will not make sense when we know what are their plans. NX reveal makes sense to me to do that in a separate event, I support that decision.

Without any playable games besides Zelda, there won't be any previews of Nintendo games during E3, while there will be tons of them for Xbox One and Playstation 4. Everyone will focus on their competitors. Nintendo would not behave like that if there are that much titles left, that will be released for their current consoles. No matter what they say, the NX will be at least the successor of the Wii U.

They lied at us in a daily basis, so that won't be precisely shocking for me. I love them as developers, but I pretty much loathe them in the rest xD.

Maybe the stream is just one day, that would be enough for Zelda. No news about the Treehouse lasting longer so that could be it.

Nintendo, announce when you are having your own press conference for the NX reveal please.

Weird that Pokemon won't be getting attention at E3. Maybe GameFreak will show up with their own booth. I doubt the Pokemon company wants to remain silent about their product during its 20th anniversary campaign.

1. Zelda footage

2. Internet rants today

3. Internet rants at E3

 

And if the game gets a bad/mediocre impressions at E3, I'll laugh harder at Aonuma. I can only win, I guess.

I'm confident in the game's qualify tbh. So I could only win dissapointment, which won't be strange, because my expectations are really high. Well, they have earned that my expectations are high because of the constant teasing and delaying xD.

Have a look - it says that Zelda will be the only "playable game". If they weren't going to talk about and show other games, it would say "only game", not "only playable game".

Besides, do you honestly think they'd be able to fill the ~8 hours a day of Treehouse Live streaming with only Zelda? It's fairly obvious that they'll talk about other games - those games just aren't going to be the main focus.

And I'm going to make a prediction: there will be a direct, it'll come at the end of the event, rather than the start. Why? Because it allows them to focus more on Zelda during the show, and then get good coverage on their other titles at the end.

Yes people posting here are really dumb! It says the day will start with Zelda tree house and last throughout the day. They did this last year but it appears no one noticed it after the direct last year. If they spent the whole day on Zelda the whole plot would be ruined. It looks like it's just a longer direct in the tree house form  with Zelda starting it and other games shown throughout the day.
