The whole THQ thing just smells of insider deals. Top executives all got golden parachutes and the devs didn't even get their final paychecks. EA was handed the IPs for their sports titles and the rest was sold off to random companies. What sane business would pay to have a game completely developed and then purposely not release it.

It must be frustrating as hell for the developers to virtually finish creating a game and never get to release it. That is just soul sapping to watch the last year of your life flushed down the toilet.

Ask yourself this, when you're funding the cost to finish the game. Would you do it? Bad game design, dead handheld. Now port it to something. And finish it. Very high chance no one buys it. Still want to spend the few million? Basically why it won't happen. They'd get way more money if they port Saints Row 1 to PC.

Lot of respect for this move. Really classy to embrace your past history this openly when other devs actively hide everything as if it's a trade secret.

SR1 is not on PC O_O . im shocked i was pretty sure the whole series was on PC.

It pisses me off. I only play the series on PC. And I have no clue how it began. Because of this nonsense. Instead of reissuing SR4, every time. They need to port the first one, ugh.
