Yeah I wouldn't mind a Diablo style Warcraft, if it has the same co-op level as D3 that would be pretty awesome since I'm sick to death or raids in most MMO's with people at each others throats and ninja looting gear you need for your class.
I'm perfectly ok with 6v6 Overwatch as I'm enjoying Titanfall's 6v6 style matches, it's more or less like Moba's 5v5 with bots in the lane, though I doubt Overwatch will go with bots like TF and Mobas do, either way it comes down to your skill plus how well you work as a team, I find there's good games to be had with a nice small squad with a level head, of course when the team isn't you can still have fun but you might not win if you don't work together, for example, just a few minutes ago I was in an Attrition match on TF and some enemy player started rodeoing my titan, I had no way of defending myself, I either get out of my titan and possibly get shot or stomped (which usually is the tactic) or risk letting my titan die with me in it, luckily another player in his titan saw me bugging out and shot the player off my back, I stuck with him through most of the match and we both ended up leading the team to victory and gaining the most pilot and bot kills, it was a pretty nice experience out of the past few games to have someone guard your back than ingoring you and going for kills only/lone wolfing it.
I feel small squad based games can sometimes bring out the worst/best in a player.
