So, since I bought my Wii U last year, I've always noticed a squeaky sound when pressing the D-Pad or the plastic around it, but I never bothered to look up the internet to see if anyone has the same problems. Also, I've noticed it has a dead pixel right in the middle of the screen...

You should look at the warranty and have it fixed. Dead pixels are no good. Sounds like you might have got a dud but I don't want to jinx you. Sorry :/

Well, the dead pixel is really small, so it's almost unnoticeable, it doesn't really bother me tbh, I just hope it remains as just one, if more dead pixels appear I'll be screwed, because where I live there's no way to fix it =P

Wow, I have that same exact problem. Never really thought much of it though.

I would really get the dead pixel checked before the warranty expires cause even if it is small, its not really a good sign. And yea, I get that sound too
