Looks like an upgrade to me.

I really wanted to show Wii U support, but I can't resist to get it on PC.

I might get the Wii U version for 20 Euros 3-4 months after launch (like all Ubisoft games). You can already buy a PC Key for 25 Euros (ok, I could also buy the PC version for 10 Euros 3-4 months after launch...).
