For me it's the fact that it is pretty much a PS3 (which was easily my favourite console) just better in every way imaginable (apart from games library, but I'm sure it will get there).

UI - a beefed up XMB, better, faster, smoother, more apllications
Controller - I have absolutely no problem with the DS3, but DS4 is pretty much better in every aspect you could think of. I takes a couple hours to get used too the analog sticks, since they are smaller but after that it's an absolute dream. OK one thing. The battery is utter shit, 6-8 hours of playing.
Games - here I hope it will be a bit more of a quantum leap in some aspects like AI, physics, etc. especially considering how much potential the power of the PS4 holds, but for now the 1080p and either above 30fps or rock solid 30fps with tweaked physics is enough for me.

Overall I haven't played on my PS3 since Nov 29th with the expection of DBZ Battle of Z demo, which looked like a PS2 game and was overall terrible...

This.

The XMB in my opinion should've been kept on PSP not taken over to PS3, I hoped for a better one through years but i've gotten used to it. Hopefully the UI turns out to be much more useful for me.

Regrets every Mb downloaded (even for free) for that game. It's just messy, and the Online is a complete disaster, Budokai 3 was a masterpiece compared to this garbage.

It's hard to choose one thing. Controller and the UI.

The UI by far. Except one area. Why is DVD and BD playback still orphaned from all other background functions.

3. New UI

The XBM is really fast!

UI is excellent, games wise it's in line with a launch console so was not expecting world beaters straight away

I'm loving the F2P games, warframe is very good, roll on planetside

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

PSN: Skeeuk - XBL: SkeeUK - PC: Skeeuk

really miss the VGCHARTZ of 2008 - 2013...

For me it's the slick UI and the level of detail. Did anyone else notice that the UI background music is different when remote play is active (the music has a different tune and includes strings)?

The best thing about it is the ability to double clickthe home button to switch between apps.
