Forums - Sony - Are you disappointed about the PS4 Review Scores?

I think most XBO members dont expect amazing scores for XBO launch games either as said by seece "XBO members has had it shoved down their throats since day one how horrible the games apparently are"

However PS4 has been hyped to shit and back like no other.  People on here even going so far as to say Knack was going to be the next Crash Bandicoot.  And with a delay for the next games for PS4 are you dissapointed with the PS4 launch lineup after the insane hype?

Metacritic

Battlefield 4 - 87
Assassin's Creed IV - 82
Resogun - 82
Killzone: Shadow Fall - 74
Contrast - 64
Knack - 59

Only really dissapointing score there is Knack really

A little disappointed but this are launch games and better games will come over time. I'm more concerned about reliability of the console than anything else.

None of this is surprising.

I'm a little surprised by killzone. However I always thought that knack looked...not that great.

Sorry knack fans

Uh no! Because I don't really trust reviewers anymore. Haven't for a while. Will take my chances buying the game and playing it myself or a demo if there is one.

Nope, I don't set my expectations very high for launch games.

Some people must be disappointed because I got a call from my local game store, looks like I'll be getting a ps4 this Friday after all :) KillZone SF is going to look amazing on my 92" screen and Resogun sounds like a lot of fun too. NFS rivals for that racing itch, and maybe Knack to play with the kids. Although I'm still playing Puppeteer and Zelda Windwaker HD with them and we still haven't finished Rayman legends. Knack can wait.

I can't believe Knack actually turned out as awful as it looked. As one of the few exclusives for launch I thought they'd put a bit of effort into it.

I don't see the big deal, or anything really that out of the ordinary aside from Knack, which people were already dissing. I thought it would be getting in the high 60's and Killzone is a little less then what I thought, but again, they're launch titles.

Xbox One games are going to feel the heat as well. Particularly, DR3, and Ryse.

I could never understand how small amounts of review scores or even review scores would be used to define a Flop. A flop is when something sells badly not if something is received with a rather average reception. None of the games have actually been officially released(based on their release dates) and they're already flops. I see we have time travelers here.
