Free to play model must not be as profitable on the 360 what with the $40,000 patches each time they add new content.

Ace Combat Infinity is free, maybe Need For Speed, but not this and Tekken Revolution, two games which are based on those that also came on the 360.

Fighting genre is going free to play. If this is handled like Tekken Revolution im cool with it, i really enjoyed SCV

Surprising it isnt coming out on PC - you would think they would put this type of game on PC lol.

Actually, it isn't coming out on ios and android is what's really surprising.  Everything is going on there and f2p would make a killing.  Although I'm sure you already know, you posted this after all.  http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=168219&page=4#2

Essentially requires some type of controller to play very comfortably.

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

I'm cool with that direction for fighting games. Not a big fan of the genre, would never buy a fighting game for more than 25$, so a f2p model similar to Tekken Revolution, where I can play casual from time to time (didn't spent a dime, over 100 online games, a lot of arcade matches) is perfect for me, just please add 2nd player support.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

Maybe they will get the roster right this time. -.-

Alright, Mitsurugi confirmed. That's all I need.

SCV>SC2 =P

SCV is the only one ive played and it was really good, because of that i feel that i would dislike the older games

No Natsu=No Buy.. err download

I look forward to playing it. I want to get into more fighting games because they great to play. With DoA free to play out soon in the UK and this as well, well all things are going well. I am thinking of buying SCV outright anyway though.

Tekken Revolution has lost it's appeal though, it's spamtastic even if juggling was removed. Tag is a joke as it's too easy to juggle, Tekken 5 is still the best Tekken ever made.

Hmm, pie.

fighting games are dependend on same conditions for every player

on PC you'd have a lot of people without a perfectly stable 60fps, and some with far higher than that, not to mention that it seems to be easier to develop hacks for PC games (which can totally kill the community of a competitive f2p game) etc
