Tagged games:

No games for Wii U means no sales means no games for Wii U means no sales means no games for Wii U etc.

Vicious cycle.

misleading title

whats misleading about the title, Street Fighter is not coming to Wii U...simple

No one should be surprised or even mad really. Ultra is just another expansion pack

seriously
another SF4 game?
it will bomb hard.i hope

Street Fighter games sell well on Nintendo systems, not sure why they aren't releasing. SSFIV 3D actually outsold the 360 version of the game while being on a much smaller install base while the 360 version had the Arcade Edition DLC already available.

the first title said: capcom is not planning to bring STREET FIGHTER to wii u. that would mean capcom is not planning on bringing the FRANCHISE to the console.

the news (although old) was about capcom not planning on releasing street fighter ULTRA on wii u, wich is completely different from the original title.

... so... an expansion pack for a game that wasn't on the Wii U is not coming for the Wii U... or the PS4 or XBone as of now...

I'm sorry, this is news how?

i would assume most people would know they mean the next iteration which is Ultra SF 4. But yeah it should be SF4

anyway, when SF 5 is finally announced, I'm sure it will be on wii u. I'm just not sure if it will be worth buying it imediately or waiting for the super hyper ultra bronze silver gold platinum mercury ultimate super sayan level over 9000 edition.

The expansion pack is $15 for PS3/Xbox360/PC.

However it is also a separate game that will be coming out for PS3/Xbox360/PC for $40 - for those who dont want to get SSFIVA. So they could easily of ported over the game to the WiiU but chose not to.

----

Gamers who already own Super Street Fighter IV or Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition can pick up the DLC expansion pack for $14.99. The title will also hit stores as a disc-based release, with a $39.99 price tag.

I know that, but it's not a typical practice to port every last gen games to a new generation system, even if they are a GOTY style game with additional content.  If the game was expanding to new consoles and excluding the Wii U, that might be a story, but this is just Wii U bashing.
