Ey guys, let's see if we can make this work. Nintendo is offering AC for free, but you need people who owns the game in order to make this happen:

STEP 1:
A friend of yours must register Animal Crossing New Leaf in the official Nintendo Club webpage before 7th of September (23:59 hours CEST).
To register a digital downloaded game, you must first associate your 3DS or 3DS XL onto your Nintendo Club membership as well. You must wait 24 hours after linking the 3DS to register the game. If you haven't associate your 3DS to your Nintendo Club membership, you won't be able to register digital games!
STEP 2:
After registering, the person must ask for the Recommendation Code. This will be sent to the e-mail of the user when registering in Nintendo Club.
STEP 3:
Now you can give the Recommendation Code to a friend, so that your friend can download a free version of the game.
STEP 4 (THINGS GET TRICKY IN HERE):
The friends who receives the Recommendation Code can exchange it for the game if:
· You register a Nintendo 3DS XL in the Nintendo Club webpage between the 7th of August till' 7th of October. In other words, you need to buy a 3DS XL or already own it and link it to a Nintendo Club membership.
STEP 5:
After registering the console, the friend will have till seventh of October to ask for the Download Code by using the Recommendation Code given previously. This will be sent via e-mail (the one you use in your Nintendo Club membership). You can also find the Download Code in the secction "My Account" on the Official Nintendo Club Website.
STEP 6:
You can use the Download Code on the eShop and download it onto the Nintendo 3DS XL (Or 3DS, since you already have the code). This code will expire after the 30th of November.
