Forums - Nintendo - So Crimson Shroud's a pretty good RPG

Tagged games:

It's a pretty good RPG that tries to emulate tabletop dungeon crawling games in some ways (without going overboard: you'll roll dice often, but not for everything). Keep in mind the game does have one serious, critical, near-fatal flaw in Chapter 2, where you cannot advance until the RNG decides you can (it took me two hours of trying, and I knew what to do!). Other than that, it's a brief game with some replayability, and a good deal at $8.

Anyone here given this game a shot?

What platform is it on?

It's an eShop exclusive. It was originally one of four games in a Japanese retail title, but three of those four (including CS) are now available for individual download on the eShop.

For what it's worth Aeroporter, one of the other two titles, was also enjoyable, but it wasn't anywhere near as good as Crimson Shroud.

i have it, started a game and didnt get the gameplay well, left it, but i might get back to it sooner or later...
