Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Wii U Pro Controller battery last 80 hours on one charge, doesn't work with any Wii games

80 hours? Very nice!

But...

"...Pro Controller won’t work on Wii games..."

WHY!?

Around the Network

thats quite a lot
but im selling the one thats bundled with my WiiU deluxe ZombiU bundle, i dont need it, what i want to play is the damn WiiU gamepad, if i wanted an Xbox controller with Xbox games i would have bought an Xbox!

(sorry for the angry post) :)

Sounds great. Especially if the rechargeable battery comes with it. I'm fairly certain it won't last that long with the rumble feature turned on though.

Too bad I won't be able to use it for Super Smash Bros Brawl... Since our useless third party Gamecube controller broke this would have been useful for our four player matches.

Sweet :)

Everything I've seen written about the Pro controller suggests it doesn't have rumble.  It's very lightweight, has long battery life, etc.

Rumble is a last generation feature.

Not true.

I've read many on hands and they all note it having rumble.

While this one dislikes the controller, he does say it has rumble. Basically its weak. However, if its like wiimotes, its adjustable and probably just set to low. I actually turn it off on all my stuff as I think its pointless. But it does have rumble.

... I stand corrected.

80 = awesome.

Won't work on Wii games = Meh, could hardly care less. There's almost no Wii games where the classic controller beats the Wiimote anyway.
