Well, not exactly. But the two guys from Andromeda are back together and making a new game, a "SpaceVenture".

You remember the Space Quest series, right? Arguably the best of the Sierra adventure game series, it was not only funny, but had a rad storyline that continued and became more complex through each sequel (up until the 5th one anyway). This is probably the closest thing we'll get to a true Space Quest 7. Actually, they haven't ruled out obtaining the old IP and officially calling it Space Quest 7.

They're on Kickstarter at the moment, raising funds. Please, please, please, if you love adventure games, go back them. This year has been like a dream come true for me with Double Fine, Larry and Jane Jensen... I just don't want the dream to end!

I backed Jane Jensen too, it was close but shot up a lot at the end. Hopefully space quest will do the same.
I don't feel like another Tex Murphy game, overseer wasn't very good.
