I just got the official VGC review up and you can read it here.

So basically, like Noby Noby Boy, it's a playground more than anything else, with no rules and no guides. Imagination is important here.

I'm wondering if anyone here are fans of that approach though?

I picked it up last week for the boy. We had a lot of laughs playing it, but it's not something I'd play without him.
