Forums - General - Will FEMA finally be able to handle a disaster?

I'm not seeing the madness, though it hasn't properly struck here yet. All day i traveled east across Pennsylvania, and i passed convoys of trucks from Tree Removal and Electric companies, also headed east, but when i got to Philly i found no real panic at all, though we're not due for the damage until around 2:00 AM this morning, and we're just getting a lot of rain now.

Rain? Same here in NJ, wonder how bad it will really get.

What category is it?

1. Supposed to be roughly 80 mph winds, though it looks like the worst is over down here in Philadelphia already, where they claimed it would impact later in the night than now

Seems it was a dud, though i hope i'm not speaking too soon...

80mph is bad for the Eastern seaboard, but not bad for hurricanes in general.

It's not something I would like to be in the middle of though.

What's the damage like?

Not bad here in uptown Philadelphia. We didn't even lose power...
