IMPORTANT: I no longer plan to regularly visit VGChartz. I have much less free time now, and so am forced to reduce my internet presence, as I have decided it is unfair on everyone to have very intermittent contact, and for you to sometimes have to wait months for a reply. Obviously, the video games I do continue to play must take priority over talking about them! I may come back on here from time to time; I am just letting you know not to expect me to reply to messages on my wall in any reasonable time frame. If you have an important reason to contact me, please email me at: cloedos@gmail.com. Thank you, KK.

I do not have time to visit this site very regularly any more, and my VGChartz email notifications for when people post on my wall go to an email account that I no longer use, and VGChartz does not allow you to change the email address these notifications are sent to. So if you post on my wall, I can no longer guarantee I will respond. If you have an important reason to contact me, please email me at: cloedos@gmail.com. Thank you, KK.

That's more like it. ^^ I wonder whether any girl groups have done any songs for TV shows/film; I tend to like those from boy bands ( like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=90jJy6sEDLo). But yeah, I like this 2NE1 MV ^_^

    on 09 May 2012

Not a fan of 'Lonely' though, which is the one I'm looking at based on YouTube suggestions; too repetitive.

    on 09 May 2012

I don't really watch K-Dramas so I don't know much about those songs. XD I think IU makes some.

    on 09 May 2012

BTW: This is my favourite girl group song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oy-rh7N0TAE

    on 09 May 2012

I asked as this is my favourite song from a female artist, from City Hunter OST: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-hl9rkUPcE Very strong vocals really are a must for me.

    on 09 May 2012

They look really young there! O_O

    on 09 May 2012

I wouldn't know ^^ Yeah but How Come by BEG is probably my favourite girl group songs, followed by Gee by SNSD, with Kim Bo Kyung's Suddenly being my favourite song from a Korean female artist (one of my favourite song of any artist, actually). Are there any similar songs by Brown Eyed Girls to that one? That's actually the only one of their songs I know.

    Did you like the song?

    on 09 May 2012

    > I searched based on the title and got that video (no idea how to imbed (^_^;) ), which I liked ^_^ What I'm really looking for though are ballads/more emotional songs with a focus on lyrics but I don't think girl groups do them (T_T)

    on 09 May 2012

Ooops did not read your comment ^^; Yeah I did ^_^ You're too quick!!!

    on 09 May 2012

lol YouTube knows my viewing habits; suggested this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJz6Z4UWyew. TBH maybe I just prefer the male voices because I really do prefer that version, even though it;s synthesised...

Hey, everything is good, Working at a university here at the moment which is crazy busy too so i'm mainly playing handheld games too, just because i spend most days alomst totally at the lab & thats all I can take with me. Do you have a Vita yet?, if not you should get one, they are awesome, I've just got one & getting great use out of it, Mainly playing monster hunter freedom unite from the psp store, Have the camera set to the 2nd analog stick, so great!, Played escape plan which was Excellent, uncharted was ok, & just starting army corps of hell which seems cool so far.

Is that a postgraduate psychology course? Being in the lab all the time makes it sound like an excellent course. I haven't got a Vita yet; I'm planning to wait a while as I went in early with the 3DS and am not playing it that much; still playing my DS. My current addiction is visual novels; I'm currently playing 999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors which is quickly becoming one of my favourite visual novels. Have you played it? I'd recommend it if you haven't; it seems very original to me, although I have not read many thriller books so maybe I am not a good judge of original material. I actually liked the controls of the PSP monster hunters unlike many people on this site so it will be interesting to see how the second analogue stick improves the experience. I've just had a look at a trailer for escape plan; not sure the humour is to my tastes... plus I'm into story-based games at the moment. ^_^ I miss the far east _| ̄|○; have exams now (*´ο`*)=3 はふぅん so looking forward to being back there in a few weeks. ^^

Whoo!! Seems vgchartz does Japanese characters now!!! ヘ(^_^ヘ)(ノ^_^)ノ

    on 07 May 2012

Its not a course but a research project, basically firms approach and pay the uni to research things for them, and the uni hires resarchers to do those tasks, thats what this is. its a lot of work, but its good fun. Havent played 999.9 hours, will look it up. I dont mind the monster hunter psp controls either, but the vita ones are excellent, the game looks a lot nicer on vita too

    on 07 May 2012

Ah I see; if you did psychology at uni, and this is in a lab, does that mean that the field of research is neuroscience? I'm picturing people dissecting brains (o_O) (・∀・) 999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors is rare in the thriller/horror/survival genre (as far as I know) for actually having characters that you care about (or at least I cared about them); I'd rather keep the story completely fresh as I came at it not knowing anything beforehand (other than it being M-rated - I have the American version) and I think I benefitted from that. The game itself switches from visual novel format to adventure point-and-click puzzle format with the story continuing through the adventure segments and I just think that for a budget game it really is more than the sum of its parts. Don't expect it to be the length of a proper novel though; this is a visual novel for gamers; the language is simple (I had no problems with the English version) but I really liked the turn of phrase. You make choices throughout and the game plays out differently depending on the choices you make, which gives the game a lot of replay value.

Sony to start charging for PSN? Pachter says...

in Sony Discussion on 13 April 2012

Changing for core online services is a really bad idea if you want to be market leader (as Sony's past history suggests they are aiming for), as it completely alienates the more casual gaming audience, that, say, might want to play online every now and again, but not enough to justify paying for an online service. Hence I believe it would be better to do what I believe Sony will do; keep the core...
