Nah, they shoudln't. RE 5 should be developed so it can shine on the PS3 an 360, making RE 5 Wii compatible would be a huge downgrade for the game. besides, the Wii controls would just be used as a gimmick.
However, I do think Capcom should make a brand new RE game, exclusively for the Wii, and no 100% lineair shooter please!
