The PS3 version of GTAIV sold more than the X360 one in the Others Region, I think that it is safe to assume that FFXIII will sell more on the PS3 in Others, adding the Japan exclusivity of the PS3 version and we'll see how it walks over the X360 version in WW sales.
Given that there's a 6 million+ units difference between the two HD consoles in NA I say that the 360 version will sell more in this region..
